Purchasing your Downloads or Prints... Royalty Free license
If you are in any doubt that your project is covered by a royalty free license purchase, contact us prior to downloading and using your download. In essence, you may not re-distribute or re-sell the images by any means or make them available for redistribution or resale by a third party.
When you purchase an image under a Royalty free license, you have a substantial level of reproduction flexibility.
You pay for the image at the time of purchase only. You are then able to use the image, subject to conforming to the license agreement...
Examples of correct usage of images:
The license covers you for personal use, such as for use in your home or office for decoration and designs of your creation.
Your downloads may be used to illustrate books, magazines, music and video disc covers and similar base materials
You can create promotional items such as flyers, posters, postcards, etc (but not if you are reselling or redistributing)
You may use the downloads to illustrate websites
Not covered by the license
However you may NOT create products with the download that will be redistributed or resold for example;
You may not use the images as trademarks or corporate logo's.
postcards; calenders; mouse mats; T shirts; mugs; puzzles; jigsaws, badges, etc.
Inclusion of images into websites for resale or redistribution is also not allowed
If the images are used in printed materials and the number of copies is in excess of previously agreed figures then an additional nominal negotiated fee will be levied against every copy in excess of the agreed figure.
Once again, you need to discuss your project we us, if you are at all unsure as to the royalty free use of your purchased download.
